Before I started creating tufa cast Silver & Turquoise Jewelry, I used to build custom motorcycles, off road trucks and high performance engines, just for fun in my garage. Here are a couple of bikes that I built, a Vintage Yamaha XJ750 Bobber and a 1254 Harley Street tracker with a stretched frame and Buell front end. Currently I ride a KTM 690 Enduro, because I live in the mountains and it gets me everywhere I need to go on or off road. Eh, scratch that! HAHA. I traded the KTM for a 2012 Harley XL1200C Sportster and of course chopped it up and put it back together as a flat track inspired Harley Roadster. Most recently I rebuilt a 2012 Harley Fat Bob with the Dyna 103, only slightly modified with longer rear shocks for a better lean angle and a chopped rear fender. The relatively light weight and awesome torque make it perfect for carving twisty mountain and canyon roads. I love this bike and it’s my go to War Horse.
New bike build photos coming soon!
